35 event inquiries in eight weeks.

Rodeo Exchange has been a honkytonk and dance hall in the Fort Worth Stockyards since 1986. We started working with them in July 2026.

Where they startedTheir event posts were reaching about 474 people. The website was a ten-page template with an empty calendar, and the only way to book a VIP table was to call.
What we didWe rebuilt rodeoex.com around bookings, so VIP tables can be reserved online and every inquiry is tracked. We film the venue every month, run their Facebook and Instagram with video up front, and redesigned the screens inside the venue. When it fits, we partner with local creators too, like we did for Fiestas Patrias.
What changed35 private event inquiries in eight weeks, 16 of them for corporate events. VIP Corner bookings now come in through the website, and the owner says the crowd is getting younger.

We get to know you.

In person or on a call. We learn how your business works, who your best customers are, and what you've tried so far.

The first month.

We go through your social accounts, build or rebuild your website and set the plan. By the end of the month, we're posting for you. Your accounts stay in your name.

Every month after.

Shoot days, new posts every week, and ads we adjust as we learn what works. Once a month we sit down with you to go over what came in and what we're changing next.

Made in-house.

We come from film production: commercials, documentaries, podcasts and brand films. Every shoot gets the same care.

Brand films and short videos for social. We write them, shoot them and edit them.

Text messages: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You opt in to our text messages by checking the consent box on our website contact form or by calling our business phone number.

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, keep business records and meet legal requirements. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, understand how visitors use it and see where our audience comes from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our website also loads fonts and code from third-party providers, such as Google Fonts, which may receive basic technical information like your IP address when your browser requests them.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@arkstudio.productions. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. We will respond within the time the law requires.
